Located just of S.R. A1A south of Ponte Vedra Beach and north of St. Augustine, Guana Reserve is the 25th National Estuarine Research Reserve in the U.S. offering 60,000 acres of pristine estuary to explore.
Guana River coastal estuary is one of the most ecologically diverse ecosystems in the world offering incredible views of wildlife from nesting bald eagle to the rare roseate spoonbill and possible encounters with the Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphin. In the warmer months grazing along Guana River we may find the West Indian Manatee.
