Enjoy a relaxing boat ride to the Bloxom where we will launch our kayaks just feet from the shores of Cumberland Island. As we kayak through the intimate tributaries, we often come across an amazing array of wildlife, such as playing dolphins, migrating manatees, grazing wild horses, scattering crabs, and soaring osprey. Pristine maritime forests, undeveloped beaches and wide marshes whisper the history of both man and nature. Four thousand years of human history is woven into the canvas of this landscape, which you will explore by a small self propelled vessel much like the Indians inhabitants once did. Cumberland Island is one of the Golden Isles of the Georgia Coast. It is the largest, most undeveloped, and secluded of them all. After an enriching and educational kayak adventure we will board the Bloxom to enjoy a healthy lunch served on the roomy deck of this 107 year old vessel. Our view from the dining table is breath taking. The boat is equipped with all the amenities that you will need for a comfortable and relaxing adventure.
